Home and Family Services are a Christchurch based non-profit social services agency providing counselling and support to those in need.
We were approached by Home and Family help them rebrand and create a professional image and increase their market visibility to attract clients and also sponsors and donations.
As our first task, Meta Solutions were invited to produce a new logo design and print collateral to present this wonderful service to the wider community.
Home and Family wished to provide online couselling services through their website, as well as provide regularly updated educational rsources and articles about growing up, parenting, and social issues. As Home and Family are a non-profit service, they rely entirely upon donations and sponsorship. They also wanted us to develop a way to recieve donations and payments from the website.
We devised a web solution which would attract more visitors and engage their target audience, as well as provide an ecommerce payment system to allow them to recieve donations online.
Working with our business partners TheVirtual, we developed a web site built around the leading Content Management System Plone.
As experts in website marketing and promotion, Meta Solutions also provided a market analysis report identifying the best way for Home and Family to achieve high search engine rankings for related searches.
Home and Family now have a stunning website to present their new branding and a means to attract new clients and raise funds to keep their important service available to the community.
